Security Deposit + Damages
We require a credit card authorization deposit of $200 for each reservation and $500 for our Penthouse Suite. On the day of your reservation, we will authorize your credit card for a security deposit of $200 or $500, respectively. This deposit will be refunded at the time of checkout and may take 2-3 days to be released. If any further damage is allocated in excess of the original deposit, we reserve the right to charge the card on file in the amount of excess damage. If the damage incurred causes a loss of future room rentals, we may charge the card to cover lost revenue.
Property and Cancellation Policies
Guests can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before arrival. Guests will be charged the first night if they cancel less than 24 hours before arrival.
Our pricing break down is the room cost plus taxes and any fees incurred.
Guests will be charged a prepayment deposit of the first night plus tax. Within 24 hours before arrival the remaining balance will be charged.
We accept prepayment by credit card.
Terms and Conditions
Minors are welcome to stay yet we offer no special amenities so please bring what you will need.
In some rooms one minor is free below the age of 12 and in other rooms we accept 2 minors.
Smoking in the rooms or on the property is prohibited, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet into your room will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
We are not responsible for items left in rooms.
We have an ADA compliant room and elevators to reach all floors.
Our ADA accessible room has additional amenities tailored to make our guests with disabilities more comfortable.

We have limited parking spaces and offer parking for $25 a night. You can not reserve a space. Parking is first come first serve. There is no come and go parking. If you leave we can not reserve your space. It will not be guaranteed to be available when you return. Please call to contact us at 619-538-4695 when you arrive. Please do not call ahead of time as we can not hold spaces.
